We are a Rincon Surf School and Vacation Rentals located in Barrio Puntas, the most peaceful and beautiful area of Rincon Puerto Rico.  A unique area with uncrowded roads, sweeping ocean views, and not a street light for miles. The Boarding House Vacation Rentals & Surf School is a small family run business nestled in these hills providing a quiet retreat to travelers looking for a higher level of comfort and quality while still remaining within a reasonable budget.

Located at one of the highest points in Puntas, the ocean views from all accommodations are breathtaking. All roads from the house lead to white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, world class surf breaks for all levels, scuba/snorkeling, sunset sails, and horseback riding all just minutes away. You will find our Rincon beach & surfboard rentals ready to cater to all your relaxation needs and our Rincon surf school for the more adventurous traveler. All guests receive 15% off all surf lessons and beach rentals.  We also offer Puerto Rico vacation packages with our comfortable Rincon guest house accomodations and a special menu of vacation activities for you to choose from.

With eight restaurants and bars within 2 minutes of the Boarding House, there is always a great variety of quality international cuisine and laid back “island style” nightlife including live music and surfing slide shows just steps from the sand. From extraordinary adventure to total relaxation.
